Please copy {JOOMLAROOT}/components/com_yoores/views/vacancies/tmpl/default_cards.php to {JOOMLAROOT}/templates/cassiopeia/html/com_yoores/vacancies/ and modify the template to your needs.
Tip: you can also use the Administrator's Template Manager to create the override/copy as follows. Locate and open de folder com_yoores and click on vacancies to create the override.
