“If you enjoy making both your colleagues and guests feel comfortable in the hotel, and like the challenge of helping them as best as possible with various questions or unforeseen issues, then this is the job for you.”
“Due to an error in the payment system, guests were accidentally charged a much higher amount. How do you proceed?”
An incorrect update has taken place in the system. As a result, some reservations amounts were debited from an account far too often. This resulted in some guests being charged ten times the amount. As an Assistant Hotel Manager, your job is to tackle these major issues. If this happens, you contact the guests and update them on the situation.
